Indiana Decisions - More on Dec. 14th Court of Appeals decision in Ryle v. State
Professor Douglas Berman of the well-regarded Sentencing Law and Policy Blog has thoughtful commentary/criticism of the Indiana Court of Appeals ruling this week in Kenna D. Ryle v.
