Ind. Decisions - More on: Judge allows takeover of state center to proceed
The ILB has received, via the Allen Superior Court, a copy of Judge Nancy Eshcoff Boyer's opinion in the case of Stuller and AFSCME v. Mitchell Daniels, dated Dec. 22, 2005.
This is the case involving, according to the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette story at the time, an effort to "temporarily stop the takeover of the center and to force the state to go through a bidding process before giving control to a private company." ServingHoosiers.org had earlier this month posted a copy of the plaintiff's 5-page complaint in the case.
