Ind. Law - The ILB year in review, and a Happy New Year to the ILB Readers!
For my December column in Res Gestae I submitted a column titled "The Year in Review as seen from the Indiana Law Blog."
Unfortunately, my copy of Res Gestae has not yet arrived in the mail. But, as this is New Year's Eve, I thought I would post the column online tonight.
The version I submitted was 9 pages long - I suspect the published version may be shorter. But I'm posting the long version. Even so, it ends with November, because that was the submision deadline.
