Ind. Courts - "Governor appoints New Castle city judge"

NEW CASTLE -- Gov. Mitch Daniels on Friday announced the appointment of Carol Goodwin as New Castle City Court judge.She succeeds James Small, who resigned as judge Jan. 23 to launch a campaign for mayor. Small had been appointed by Daniels last year to succeed the most recently elected city court judge, David Sadler, who had stepped down to run for a Statehouse seat.
