Ind. Decisions - Two Court of Appeals panels "on the road" Thursday, March 29 [Corrected]

Today, March 29th, one Court of Appeals panel is on the road, hearing oral arguments at the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville (as noted at the end of this March 24th ILB entry), while another panel is at Franklin College, hearing State v. Karl Jackson, a case that originated in Hamilton County, where the Court is asked to decide under what circumstances a person may be convicted of driving with a license suspended for the status of being a habitual traffic violator.
