Ind. Law - Schererville planners review sexually oriented ordinance

Vanessa Renderman of the NWI Times reports today that begins:

An ordinance under review in Schererville would give the town more authority in regulating sexually oriented businesses that want to open up shop.

Plan Commissioners this week received a draft of the ordinance, which goes into explicit detail about some of the defined restrictions.

Town Attorney David Austgen said the language needs to be as specific as possible to ensure everything is covered in the ordinance.

A search of earlier ILB entries produces this list of entires containing the phrase "sexually oriented" and this list containing the phrase "adult business".
