Ind. Decisions - Supreme Court issues judiciary disciplinary ruling

In In the Matter of the Hon. Kenneth R. Scheibenberger, a 3-page, Per Curiam decision, the Court concludes:

Accordingly, the Respondent, Kenneth R. Scheibenberger, Judge of the Allen Superior Court, is hereby suspended from office without pay for a period of three (3) business days, which shall commence on Wednesday, February 11, 2009. This discipline terminates the disciplinary proceedings relating to the circumstances giving rise to this cause. The costs of this proceeding are assessed against the Respondent.
This ruling is of course no surprise, as the actual decision was made Nov. 21, 2008. See also this ILB entry from Nov. 22nd.

As reported here this afternoon by the Fort Wayne Journal Gazette:

The Indiana Supreme Court has issued an opinion setting the suspension date for Allen Superior Court Judge Kenneth R. Scheibenberger. The three-day suspension, without pay, will begin Feb. 11.
