Updating this brief entry from early this morning, Lesley Stedman Weidenbener of the Louisville Courier Journal is now reporting:
INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana attorney general's office is planning to formally petition the Indiana Supreme Court to reconsider its decision to grant former state trooper David Camm a new trial in the September 2000 murders of his wife and children. The state office has until midnight Monday to file the request. * * *
Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson previously said he would decide whether to re-charge Camm after the Supreme Court makes a decision on the petition to rehear the case. Henderson is expected to hold a news conference Monday to talk about the case.
