Courts - Leahy Introduces Bill To Authorize Federal Judgeships

That from this press release from Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.)

Among the recommendations, 38 new permanent district court judgeships, including one more for the Southern District of Indiana.
