Ind. Decisions - One case granted transfer Oct. 22nd
The Clerk's transfer list should be available probably Monday. Meanwhile, the ILB has received notice that transfer was granted yesterday in the following case:
- Clint R. Beldon v. State of Indiana -- Cause Number: 43S05-0910-CR-496 --- see the May 21st ILB summary of the COA opinion here - 4th case.
