Ind. Decisions - One case granted transfer Oct. 15th
The Clerk's transfer list should be available sometime tomorrow or perhaps not until Monday. Meanwhile, the ILB has received notice that transfer was granted today in the following case:
- Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., et al. v. Brett Gibson -- 49S02-0910-CV-442 -- see the April 28th ILB summary of the COA opinion here. "The parties in this case are engaged in a dispute regarding the foreclosure of their respective liens upon real estate located on Edgewood Avenue in Indianapolis"
