Ind. Decisions - Two cases granted transfer Jan. 14th
The Clerk's transfer list should be available hopefully by Monday. Meanwhile, the ILB has just received notice that transfer was granted today in two cases:
- Suzanne Eads, et al. v. Community Hospital (COA No. 45A03-0807-CV-350 -- SC No. 45S03-1001-CV-33)
- Sheehan Construction Co., et al. v. Continental Casket Co., et al. (COA No. 49A02-0805-CV-420 -- SC No. 49S02-1001-CV-32)
