J.C. v. Review Board (NFP) - "[T]he Review Board did not err by affirming the ALJ’s determination that Clark was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because she had been discharged for just cause, and we affirm the decision of the Review Board."

IDCS (NFP) - "There is sufficient evidence supporting the trial court’s findings, and we find this evidence sufficient to support the trial court’s conclusions that there is a reasonable probability that the conditions that led to the children’s removal will not be remedied and that termination is in the children’s best interests. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed."
