CHICAGO, April 6 /U.S. Newswire/ -- U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 5 today named Bharat Mathur as acting regional administrator following the departure of Regional Administrator Thomas V. Skinner who was recently appointed acting assistant administrator for the EPA Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance.
