I have contacted the Clerk's Office of the S.D. Indiana to obtain the two rulings referred to in the Evansville paper this morning (per this earlier ILB entry):
Twice in the last two weeks, U.S. District Judge Sarah Evans Barker of Indianapolis has ruled the federal sentencing guidelines are unconstitutional and cited the Blakely ruling in her decisions.It may be that her rulings are not reflected in written opinions.
