FLAUM, Chief Judge. * * * The BIA dismissed Mei Dan’s appeal of the Immigration Judge’s (“IJ”) decision. Mei Dan then petitioned this Court for review of her asylum claim. For the reasons stated in this opinion, we deny the petition for review and affirm the decision of the BIA. * * * The BIA found that even if it accepted Mei Dan’s testimony as true, she failed to establish her eligibility for asylum.
