One case was granted transfer by the Supreme Court today: Marsha Ledbetter v. Robert Hunter, et al. (6/29/04 IndCtApp) [Medical Malpractice; Constitutional Law]. A contemporaneous newspaper report is available here, that begins: "The Indiana Court of Appeals has struck down a section of the state's medical-malpractice law that limited when a lawsuit could be filed on behalf of a child injured in a medical procedure."
